Beautiful 2-family house "Shangri La". In the district of Herrschaft, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 500 m, shopping centre 1.6 km, restaurant 500 m, bicycle rental 1.6 km, bus stop "Stein" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 1.8 km, sports centre 1.6 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski rental 1.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 2.5 km, ice field 1.6 km, children's playground 1.6 km. Kitchen 20 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Large terrace 30 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.
