"Location is perfect."

They have improved the spa facilities since 2023. They are amazing. There is an extra steam room, extra sauna and a lovely relaxation area now as well where they serve herbal teas. The service was very good and the staff are very attentive and helped with swapping to a different room. The food was fabulous the first time I stayed here. The breakfast this time was excellent and there was a good selection and quality for the evening meals this time, with lots of choice. But it seemed like they were giving bigger portions to the men. The hors d’oeuvres were great and the desserts were gorgeous, with lots of selection. The location is perfect because it is nice and quiet. It’s very relaxing. They have an excellent little shuttle service up to the quieter lifts and avoid the queues. And you can text them in the afternoon to pick you up. You are only a minute from shops and cafes as well. I would recommend booking and requesting a refurbished comfort room, rather than an old-fashioned superior room. And it’s worth asking for a room away from the lifts. 4.5/5
