Beautiful, comfortable chalet "Schladming Lodge". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: large garden 900 m2, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, swimming bay 5 km. Golf course 7 km, cable car, ski lift, ski rental, ski bus stop, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 5 km, ice field 1 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). Ski bus (free of charge). ATTENTION: SOMMERCARD INCLUDED from the end of May until mid-October!

Exit to the balcony. 1 small double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 showers/WC. 2 balconies, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free).
