A stunning newly built apartment, that effortlessly combines modern modern finishes with natural, traditional craftsmanship.

Saturnin is an elegant three-bedroom apartment in Verbier is conveniently located only 400 metres from Place Centrale. This chic apartment is ideal for a family looking to sample Verbier in both winter and summer.

The apartment has been finished to the highest standard, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Decorated throughout with a neutral colour palette, combined with the local natural aged wooden accent walls.

The comfortably sleeping six adults in three en-suite bedrooms with all the essential facilities to accommodate every requirement one might have of a seasonal rental.

The three bedrooms are made up of two doubles and a triple bunk room. The two double rooms are calm and tranquil spaces, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with en-suite shower room. There is also a triple bunk room, ideal for children with an en-suite shower room and TV, where they can retreat to for movie nights with their friends.

The main open plan living has spacious kitchen that overlooks the dining and living area where the dining table comfortably seats eight people, surrounded by picture windows this is a light and airy spot to enjoy breakfast. The focal point of living area is the large open fireplace, with cosy sofa’s and armchairs to relax in after a long day on the slopes. The living area has a Bose sound system and a large flat screen TV. The large sliding doors open out onto the generous terrace where during summer months it’s the ideal spot relaxing with your favourite book.

The apartment also has a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

This property is sold for seasonal rental on an accommodation-only basis. Additional services such as daily cleaning, a driving service, and in-house luxury chalet catering are available at an additional cost.
