On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Villars, in a quiet position, 400 m from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. Terrace. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Shop 2 km, grocery 900 m, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.8 km, bakery 2 km, café 1.8 km, railway station "Villars - Bretaye" 2 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km.
