Large small apartment house "Roger", 4 storeys. In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 350 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 40 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 200 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, children's ski school 450 m, children's playground 600 m. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house.

2-room apartment 47 m2 on 4th floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
