Brand new for Winter 23/24, that well-loved alpine look of wood and stone has been given a modern makeover here. And with the gentle Jean Marie blue piste just outside your boot room door, starting your ski day’s as simple as clicking in and swooshing off.

Facilities-wise, this place is a cut above your usual apartment complex. Swap your goggles and go for a dip in the heated indoor pool, and then wander over to the sauna and steam room to really unwind in your après-ski hours. Or if you’d rather cosy up by the fireplace with a drink in hand, take a seat in the lounge bar. You can while away the hours over a board game, or sway along to Jazz or Latin tunes played by the pianist.

As you’re staying self-catered you can cook up whatever you fancy in your kitchenette. Make mornings easy by spending a little extra on a bakery delivery – there’s nothing like fresh bread and pastries to set you up for a day on the mountain. In the evenings, you’re just a 4-minute walk from town, so you can take your pick of the restaurants in Plagne Centre.
