Fügen: Cosy apartment block "Römerhof". 11 apartments in the residence. In the district of Kapfing 1.5 km from the centre of Fügen, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden. In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (all included), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bakery 300 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, railway station 400 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 700 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 700 m, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, cycle lane 50 m, ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Fügen 1.7 km, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Kaltenbach 5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

Rustic and cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette in the entrance (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The combi wall-folding bed, newly manufactured in 2023, is of very high quality and offers the best sleeping comfort at night and at the same time pleasant living comfort during the day.
