The hotel was good, but it needs to be clearer on the website that the spa costs 15 euros per day, per person. The reason we went for all-inclusive is that we wanted to use the spa every day, and with half board it’s not included. All-inclusive covers all of the spa and drinks, which worked well for us. The Princesa Parc Excellence is Arinsal’s flagship property. It is linked to the Hotel Princesca Parc by a glass walkway and guests can enjoy the facilities in this complex yet retain the exclusive restaurant and cocktail bar.

The Princesa Parc Excellence is Arinsal's top property and doesn't shy away from showing it. This 5 star hotel is modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, and is specifically designed as a hotel conceived for relaxing and leisure.

Variety of spa facilities

The excellent spa facilities at the Princesa Parc Excellence are shared amongst Hotel Princes Parc and include saunas, a Turkish bath and hydro-massage pool. There is a local charge for the spa but one entrance a day is included with our Half Board Plus which also includes a Drinks Package. There are also opportunities to treat yourself to a beauty treatment or massage and even the bedrooms all have superb wellness facilities including a hydro-massage bath in the bathroom.

Gastronomic experience

The Louis XV Restaurant of the Princesa Parc Excellence invites you to enjoy the most sophisticated gastronomy of the Pyrenees. The restaurant is known for its elegance, charm and use of local and fresh ingredients. The menu consists of traditional culinary dishes with a range of appetizers,mains and desserts. You'll also have the opportunity to pair these fantastic dishes with some of the best wines from the region thanks to the hotels glazed wine cellar. After dinner we recommend stopping at the atmospheric bar where you'll find unique counters of tropical fish tanks!

Jacuzzi Suites are around 40m² and sleep two with a double bed people, and have a seating area, plus a bathroom with a private jacuzzi. These rooms are located on the 2nd floor.

The hotel's hot and cold buffet breakfast includes omelettes, poached eggs and salmon on toast cooked to order. Dinner is four courses and waiter served.

The Half Board Plus package is available for a supplement and includes wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, coffee and an extensive selection of spirits from the Club Bar menu as well as a daily entrance to the spa.

The Princesa Parc Excellence has a separate restaurant from its sister hotel, Princesa Parc, for breakfast and dinner. In the evenings you can use either the buffet service in the Princesa Parc or the waiter service à la carte Luis XV Restaurant in the Princesa Parc Excellence.

"Go all inc if you want the spa"

The hotel was good, but it needs to be clearer on the website that the spa costs 15 euros per day, per person. The reason we went for all-inclusive is that we wanted to use the spa every day, and with half board it’s not included. All-inclusive covers all of the spa and drinks, which worked well for us. The food was nice, they did freshly cooked omelets and pancakes in the mornings and had a meat stand with fresh grilled stuff in the evenings. The staff were nice. The location is fine, we used the lockers at the top where the lift station is – you wouldn’t have wanted to lug your skis down the road and up the gondola.
