House "Penz", detached. In the district of Kleinboden 2.7 km from the centre of Fügen, 5.6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 48 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Fügen" 2.7 km. Mountain railway 2.1 km, ski lift 2.1 km, ski bus stop 5 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn Kaltenbach 6 km, Spieljochbahn 2.1 km. Besitzer wohnt manchmal am Wochenende im separatem Hausteil. Der Besitzer sieht gelegentlich nach dem Garten und nimmt den Müll mit.
