Simple small apartment house "Pasadena", 5 storeys. In the district of Obere Matten 350 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 25 m, bus stop "Getwing Brücke" 35 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 100 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 150 m, ski bus stop 35 m, ski school, children's ski school 450 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Small kitchen in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
