The rooms have been recently renovated as has the wonderful lounge and lobby areas and spa, and the hotel has obtained an official 5 star accreditation. The atmosphere is informal and friendly especially in the comfortable lobby lounge which has big picture windows looking at the mountains and the slopes. The service here is attentive and a warm welcome is assured.

The spa is specifically designed with nature in mind, prioritising the flow of natural light and natural fibre fabrics. You'll find a large water area, treatments cabins and a gym where you can really relax and become one with nature.

With direct access to the hotels Moët & Chandon Terrace where you can enjoy Andorras sunny days, the space was designed by Pilar Líbano, the prestigious decorator, and creates an cosy and unique atmosphere with a fireplace and comfortable sofas - perfect for sipping cocktails.

The spa area has an indoor heated pool, children's pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation area and showers (approx. €25, adult €15 child per day local charge). Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. There is also a range of spa treatments with 7 treatment rooms and hydro therapy bath (local charge).

The ski locker area is particularly spacious and there is an on site ski hire shop. The shuttle to the Soldeu gondola departs from just outside so minimise any walking in ski boots with skis.

The large lounge and lobby area has been recently renovated and offers comfy seating and large picture windows with views to the ski area, as well as a coffee shop and bar. There is also a wonderful buffet restaurant and a sun terrace with mountain views.

The hotel has a passion for gastronomy with an extensive choice and display cooking using quality ingredients.

Breakfast consists of a hot and cold buffet.

There is an extensive buffet dinner with 8 areas of display cooking including meat, fish, wok/vegetable and pizza/pasta. Dinner includes international cuisine and dietary restrictions and allergies can be catered for (please advise when booking)

Soldeu's newest spot is KAO, a Chinese haute cuisine experience, this isn't included but is well worth a visit (pay locally).

A Christmas and New Year gala dinner is included with unlimited Cava and wine with the New Year Festival.
