Location: where is Papillon

Beautiful chalet "Papillon", 2 storeys, built in 2017. In the hamlet Sarclentse, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz, in a quiet position. Private: natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (29 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 4 km, Siviez 4 Vallées 6.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses d'en bas Nendaz 600 m.

"Papillon", 3-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels, west facing position. Tasteful and romantic furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with cable TV. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Entrance hall with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only.
