Modern, beautiful, comfortable small apartment house "Orta", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km.
