NorthRock sets a new standard for alpine chalets, blending incredible architecture, sleek furnishings and traditional materials.

Sleeping ten guests in five well-appointed bedrooms, NorthRock is an impressive addition to our seasonal portfolio. This exquisite stand-alone chalet is the perfect property to call home for a season exploring Verbier. Located less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest piste and the village centre. The properties position offers both incredible views of the Alpine landscape and proximity to Verbier’s dynamic centre. All levels of this, four floor property can be access by either the central staircase or by elevator.

The main entrance to the chalet opens onto the first floor, into the extremely spacious living and dining room, kitchen, and TV snug. This is a striking room, with double height open ceiling and double height sliding windows, which leads to the spectacular balcony. From here and living area there are breath-taking, uninterrupted views of Verbier and the Petit Combin. The living area is focused around the large stone open fireplace surrounded by a sumptuous sofa and armchairs, the ideal spot for enjoying a drink in front of a roaring fire. Adjacent to the living area is the sophisticated TV snug, where you can watch a late-night movie after dinner. Ten guests can comfortably enjoy exquisite dinners around the dining table. Ambient lighting throughout the living and dining area creates a glamorous atmosphere. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen can be closed off with the glass sliding pocket door.

The top floor of the chalet is home to the lavish master bedroom suite. A true haven of relaxation and serenity, this bedroom is luxuriously decorated with sumptuous fabrics and boasts high-vaulted ceilings, a large en-suite bathroom with separate steam shower, and private balcony.

Take the stairs down to the second floor, where four inpidually decorated bedrooms are located. There are three twin/double bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace. The final twin/double bedroom has a separate bathroom with separate shower. Each bedroom has a calm and tranquil atmosphere, with sensitive lighting and sleek modern furnishings. On this floor you will find the outdoor hot tub, situated on the terrace and accessed through the four bedrooms, this is the ideal spot to revive tired limbs with a glass of something sparkling.

Moving down to the lower ground floor you will find the stylish ski and boot room complete with boot warmer and plenty of storage for your winter clothes. There is a second entrance to the chalet on this floor, through the garage, where you will find parking for three cars. Finally, on this floor there is a Guest WC.

The chalet is available on an annual basis and requires you to have a Swiss residence permit.
