"Lovely holiday, brill host"

We had a lovely holiday and were extremely lucky with the weather, enjoying the last snow of the season. The service was fantastic, from airport pick up to luggage delivery at both ends of the holiday. Ben, our chalet host was absolutely brilliant, always there when you needed him, never in your way. His food was lovely and the rose was very nice too. He made a huge difference to the holiday. Alicia, the nanny for our 2 little ones was lovely too, entertaining them while we were out. The reason we didn't give 5 stars is because of the location and size of the chalet. Location is perfect for people who like to party, but a little noisy for us family people. The chalet is cozy, but the size is on the small side with 2 families, including 3 children and two infants. Everything else was very good...

We have had a great holiday at Nebraska Lodge and Ben has been a fantastic host and chef. The Chalet is well situated for both the lifts and the town centre. Whilst Nebraska Lodge is great for a single family or group of friends it would be compact and cosy for several individuals who don't know each other. The description is slightly unclear in that you have to leave the Lodge to access the sauna and hot tub via the communal hallway although this is not really a big problem and we rarely saw anyone else on route. Morzine and Nebraska Lodge was great for a non-skier and the cinema was a big bonus.

From the moment we were met off the plane to the time for our departure we were very well looked after. Tiny noticeable things show that this is a polished outfit. Bags being delivered to our rooms after we'd settled in and had tea/cakes etc. The chalet was great, right in the centre of town, full of pine character and contemporary touches. Ben was brilliant and looked after our every need, with lovely cakes waiting our return from the pistes and delicious dinners to round off the busy days. We had the top room and were not disappointed. A glass wall separating the bathroom and the vaulted ceiling, gave a real feeling of space which we particularly liked as had been lacking in chalet rooms we had stayed in elsewhere. All in all a fantastic holiday and our thanks go our chalet host Ben for looking after us so well and making our stay so enjoyable...

Ben the chalet host was excellent and made our holiday very special. His cooking was of a very high standard and he was very welcoming and friendly. The alcohol provided was of a high standard but we would recommend you also provide beer and soft drinks. We had booked 2 nannies who were incredibly helpful and great at entertaining the children. We would have preferred that they could work later than 5pm so we could be more flexible with their timings but they did a great job. The chalet was a great location and we found everything we needed in Morzine. Bigger and more bath towels would have made life easier!
