Agricultural estate. 1.4 km from the centre of Lofer, 25 km from the centre of Saalfelden, 38 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, railway station "Zell am See" 37 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 300 m, slopes 10 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Saalfelden 25 km, Zell am See 37 km. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Within an hour and a half’s drive from Munich, Lofer’s known mainly as a terrific ski resort for families. You’ll find it in the Salzburger Saalachtal region, lying in the foothills of the Loferer and Reither Steinberge mountains. Thanks to the 140 metre magic carpet for kids and beginners, this is a brilliant place to learn the basics. Both the Loferer Alm and the Almbahn II stations have learning areas, right next door to restaurants for handy post lesson drinks and snacks.
