We update Montana Lodge's details often, but facilities do change. e.g. some extras listed by the supplier as "free" or included might only be for the first time you use them, or for one time per party, then charged for further use. If any specific feature is essential to your holiday, make sure you ask us to confirm the details of it before you book your holiday.

"Special Family Holiday"

We have all just enjoyed a fabulous week at Montana Lodge in Morzine mainly thanks to Katy and Lee who provided really superb service throughout the week. The food and drink on the platinum service were excellent, but the attitude of Katy and Lee deserves special mention. Nothing was ever too much trouble even when disturbing them in the middle of complicated cooking dishes and busy times, they always came up trumps whether it was for crushed ice or something for the baby. The Chalet was perfect for a family, but admit I would not wanted to have shared it with strangers as the sitting area was all very condensed and it would have been hard to get away from anybody except in the bedroom. Obviously you can do nothing about noise, but we did find sleeping quite difficult even with earplugs with regard to noise in the street. One other comment only to help you is that I think the pillows could be slightly better quality, this might help the sleep factor too! Otherwise I can honestly say in 60 years it is certainly the best chalet holiday and service, from all your staff, that we have ever had. Many thanks to you all.

We really enjoyed Morzine. The Resort had a good mix of bars, restaurants and shops. The ski slopes were in excellent condition considering the snow conditions, with lots of variety to accommodate all abilities. The Chalet was excellent and we were looked after very well by the lovely Katey. Montana Lodge is in a good location and has lovely views over the Mountains. It might be a bit snug with 6 adults but it was comfortable other than the bench at the table which was a bit rickety.
