Large, simple small apartment house "Mirador", 5 storeys, built in 1970. In the district of untere Wiesti 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "Spiss" 250 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school, children's ski school 900 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
