Each cabin has everything you need for a stay in Finnish Lapland, including a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a lounge with a television, and comfortable sleeping areas. And, after a day of activities in the great outdoors, warm up in your own private sauna.
During your stay you'll have the option to add on activities like downhill skiing at the nearby Ylläsjärvi ski resort or snow shoeing. Try out exciting excursions such as a reindeer safari, snowmobiles through the arctic tundra, husky sledding or a visit to the Snow Village to see the beautiful sculptures carved from ice and snow. Or, just simply enjoy the tranquil silence and nature surrounding the Miilu Resort.
Rooms
Cabin A is around 62m² sleeping two to six people. Downstairs there are two sleeping alcoves - one with a single bed and one with a double bed, up on the mezzanine level there are three single beds. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area and one bathroom with WC.
Cabin B is around 62m² sleeping two to five people, with a double room and a mezzanine level with three single beds. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area and one bathroom with WC.
One linen set with towels is included per person, per week. End of stay cleaning is included.
Cabin facilities
These cabins are not recommended for those with reduced mobility due to the uneven ground, and mezzanine levels only being accessible by a steep staircase.
The Miilu Northern Light Cabins are on a bed and breakfast or optional half board basis.
Each morning you can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet taken at the Miilu Bar & Grill, this is around a 100 metre walk from the cabins.
Take the fuss out of choosing what's for dinner and opt into optional half board where you can enjoy a three-course meal made with seasonal ingredients. The restaurant has lovely views of the frozen lake, so you can admire the Lappish landscape while dining.
