This chic apartment is situated in an incredibly convenient location, only a short walk from the main Médran lift station. You can ski to within 50 metres of the chalet, snow permitting. This first floor apartment in located in the Amadouvier building and is next door to another of our properties. The property sleeps a total of eight guests in four bedrooms all with private bathroom or shower rooms. You enter the property into a hallway and then into the bright and spacious open plan living and dining area with real fire. This is the perfect space to entertain. The well-equipped kitchen is open plan and has ample preparation space. The living room opens onto the balcony where you can unwind in the outdoor hot tub after a hard day on the slopes and take in the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto the dining area and has its own access to the balcony. Three bedrooms are located to the side and rear of the property. These consist of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin or double bedrooms (the beds can be configured either way). One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom while the second twin bedroom has a separate shower room. The property has its own washer dryer and a further shared laundry facility is located on the lower floor. The property also has a shared ski locker and one internal parking space in the underground garage. No driver service is provided at the property.
