2-family house "Mastle". 700 m from the centre of St. Ulrich/Ortisei, 6 km from the centre of S. Cristina Valgardena, 37 km from the centre of Bolzano, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: property, well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 900 m, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Bolzano" 36 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, mountain railway 1.4 km, ski lift 1.4 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seceda, Seiser Alm. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

We love the mix of Austrian and Italian influence that you find throughout Ortisei. It’s the main town in the amazing Val Gardena and famous for its pastel coloured buildings, it’s also the prettiest. Ski blissfully uncrowded slopes in the presence of the craggy Dolomite peaks and round the day off with the food and wine that Italy does so well.
