Large apartment house, 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows. 5 km from the centre of Fügen, 11 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet position, 4 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitters" 7 km. Golf course (21 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 4 km, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, sled run 3 km, ice field 4 km, fishing possibilities 13 km. Nearby attractions: Achensee 25 km, Innsbruck 45 km. 2 holiday apartments in the house, 1 long-term tenant apartment and the owner’s apartment in the house.

Fully renovated in 2021, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Wood heating, oil heating, underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Made-to-measure wooden furniture and high-quality materials were used in the renovation.

Twenty minutes’ drive from Mayrhofen, Fügen is Zillertal’s biggest town, having grown as a mining community over 600 years. Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen. Schischule Kostenze teach in both Fugen and Hochfugen. In the local area, the only blue run is the Moesl from Onkeljoch.
