In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 46 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 5 km, Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal 10 km.
