100 km to the north from Kuusamo, 70 km to the east from Kemijärvi, in Sallatunturi tourist center. Wooden villa, built in 2014. Facilities on three floors. On the ground floor, sauna department with steam room, washroom, hydro massage bath and 2 showers, TV room with convertible sofa bed, TV is equipped with card slot and surround sound system (for watching movies etc.), bedroom (no window) with 2 beds, utility room and separate WC.On the middle floor, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, separate WC with shower cubicle and covered terrace.On the upper floor loft with four beds.Car shelter and cooking hut. Lux III is an exclusive villa with several amenities. Villa is located in a quiet area at the end of the road. Services of Sallatunturi tourist center are easily reachable.Spa Holiday Club Salla 1,6 km, sports hall 4 km, Salla Reindeer Park 4 km, Hautajärvi Nature center (operated by the Finnish Forest Administration) 30 km. The nearest shop is a small grocery store connected to the hotel, larger shops are in Salla, distance is about 11 km. The nearest store is not open in the following periods: 1.5 - 31.5. and 1.10.-30.11. During these periods, distance to the nearest store is 11 km.Public beach with barbecue and campfire facilities in both hut and outdoor within 1,2 km distance. Final cleaning is included in bookings made later than 23.2.2023.

Staying in Salla is all about stepping into the stuff of Christmas cards and spending a week on the same wavelength as nature. “Tunturi” is the word describing the treeless mountains that make up some of the ski areas in Finland. There isn’t a massive amount of skiing in the Sallatunturi but this is the beauty of the place as it encourages you to try other activities and enjoy the peace and quiet.
