Large, comfortable small apartment house "Les Violettes", 5 storeys. In the district of Spiss, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south-west facing position. In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental 600 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km.

5-room apartment 110 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor, south-west facing position. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
