Residence "Les Névés". Above de Val Thorens, in the district of Péclet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shopping centre 20 m. Skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 200 m. Please note: nightclub/disco. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Bar and restaurant at the bottom of the building. Well situated for nightlife. Not suitable for families.
