Les Clèves: Very large, very comfortable, luxurious semi-detached house "Les Clèves", 3 storeys, terraced. In the district of Les Clèves, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (swing). Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 400 m. Golf course 18 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 100 m, ice field 1 km.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Lounge with cable TV (flat screen), video and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: lounge with library. 1 large room with 1 french bed (200 cm), bidet, bath/shower/WC, cable TV, video and DVD. Balcony, 2 terraces, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
