The best french apartment I’ve ever stayed in – and I’ve stayed in thousands over the years. It was spacious and well equipped, with a very nice reception. We were close to the nursery slopes, and a bus or little walk into town for shops etc. Overall, a very nice apartment. + more

The apartments were perfect! There were 11 of us in 2 apartments and both were a good size and quality, really couldn’t fault it. Each had two double beds and a big sofa bed which were all absolutely fine. If you’ve got kids, you’re in the best location, as the nursery slope is 100 yards across the sno... + more

"Good location in Chamonix"

A very good week away, the Balcons du Savoy apartments were really conveniently located, close to the shops and with easy access to the buses and slopes - if we’d been there earlier in the season the snow would have come to the door, but as it was we could just clatter down. The inside isn’t five star but I didn’t book that anyway; it was well equipped and the storage was fine. Although it’s said to be a good resort for families, we went down to the pool one day and there were a lot of naked men - It would have been good to know when the happy hour was so we could go at a different time.

"Couldn't fault it - Perfect for us"

Each had two double beds and a big sofa bed which were all absolutely fine. If you’ve got kids, you’re in the best location, as the nursery slope is 100 yards across the snow. The drag lift goes up and then you walk a bit and you’re on the main lift that takes you to the top.
