Location: where is Les Asters

Small residence "Les Asters", 5 storeys. In the district of Fontanettes 800 m from the centre of La Croisette, in a quiet position, 50 m from the skiing area. Public parking on the road. 10 minute walk to the centre. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. 2-room apartment 32 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: large gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm). South facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Garage space n 440. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the residence but with regard to the ski runs, it is on the 4th.
