Les Clèves: Small chalet "Le Ruisseau", 3 storeys, renovated in 2015. Outside the resort, 30 m from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream. Private: natural garden 500 m2. Gruff, steep motor access to 50 m from the house, except in winter 150 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m steep footpath (40 steps) to the house. Parking space n 10 (in winter) at 150 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m. Gondola lift 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet piste de ski 10 m. Hiking paths: Le bisse du Milieu 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: gallery, ceiling height 150 cm with 1 sleeping facility and cable TV. Small balcony 8 m2, south facing position, north facing position and south facing position. Barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
