Above Villars, in the district of La Résidence 3.4 km from the centre of Villars, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the skiing area, west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. (18 steps). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). 2 balconies, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed), garage space n 2/8, height 220 cm, width 400 cm.
