2-family house "Lauber", 3 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the centre of Wengen, in a central, busy position. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Shop, grocery 10 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 10 m, railway station "Wengen" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Cable car 30 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Stairs narrow, spiral. Arrival is only possible with the train from Lauterbrunnen (14min journey).

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years. Non-smokers only.
