For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Volksschule Fügen" 850 m, railway station "Fügen" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain railway 1.6 km, ski lift 1.6 km, slopes 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen.
