In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, railway station "Strass" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Mountain railway 9 km, ski lift 9 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn. Owner uses some rooms in the house.

Beginners can practice stops and turns on the magic carpet lifts at the base station, with more short blues served by the Lamark lifts over in Hochfugen.
