The stylish K5 Hotel is an intimate and luxurious small hotel set in a beautiful wooded location with its own reindeer corral. It offers a high standard of attractively furnished accommodation with ensuite saunas in every bedroom.

Secluded location

Set back from the main resort the K5 Hotel is set in a secluded wooded area, the hotel even has its own reindeer corral so you can see the animals living in their natural habitat. For the keen skiers and boarders, the ski lifts are less than a five minute (500 metres) walk from the hotel, so you can make the most of the pristine pistes. The Kätkätunturi trails are nearby, take part in a snowshoeing excursion or enjoy a winter walk, both are excellent ways to see the unspoilt Lappish landscapes. If you want to pick up a souvenir to remember your Lapland holiday, there are various shops dotted around the resort selling hand crafted gifts and jewellery. There's also various sport shops and a supermarket so you can pick up some snacks before a day of adventures.

High quality accommodation

This hotel offers traditional Finnish accommodation along with a contemporary flair, each room is furnished in a simplistic Nordic style with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Lapland. Warm up and relax in your own private sauna, or admire the snowy woodlands and reindeer corral from the comfort of your own bedroom, plus most of the rooms have a balcony.

Northern lights

After a day of exploring, you can chill out in the modern lounge bar featuring glass panelling; it is the ideal place to watch the world go by, and if you're lucky, you might even see the Northern Lights.

The hotel restaurant has a great reputation locally, and staying on half board you can enjoy a three course buffet style meal each day with a varying menu. You can also receive credit to use towards the a la carte menu, you'll just need to inform reception the day before. The restaurant Saamen Kammi offers traditional Lapland delicacies by an open fire in a unique location, tales of Lapland and traditional music accompany dinner.

Duplex Family Twin Rooms sleep two to five people. These rooms have twin beds, and up to three single beds can be placed in the large mezzanine. Please be advised that Duplex Rooms booked by two guests may be allocated a Twin Room on arrival.

A Festive Feast is included for all guests arriving before Christmas, for a Christmas celebration meal with games and music. Please note that for guests staying on half-board, the Festive Feast replaces the last dinner included in the half-board option or if you’re staying over Christmas the Festive Feast will take place on Boxing Day and replace your half-board dinner on this day.
