This package holiday to Hotel Strolz in Mayrhofen, Austria departs Saturday 22nd February 2025, for a 7 night stay on a "half board" board basis. A local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by many councils in European ski resorts. It varies by standard and type of accommodation and is age dependent, so not everyone is charged. Near the end of the stunning Ziller Valley, Mayrhofen exudes Austrian charm in a lively, cheerful atmosphere. "Excellent week"

Matthew Webb, London

The hotel was nice with a very pleasant atmosphere and it had a really nice common room. Our package was half board and the food was good, mostly Austrian. We could help ourselves to breakfast and dinner was served for you – the staff were really friendly. We were 3 friends in a 3 person room, which was ok but a little bit cramped and one of the beds was rather short. The en-suite was fine. The location is a little bit out of town but we liked that it makes the area you’re in a little bit peaceful – the hotels in the town itself probably have more issues with noise. You have a fifteen minute walk to get into town and there’s a reasonably frequent ski bus if you don’t want to walk. If you do walk, the route is quite flat and we found the best thing to do is leave your skis in town so you don’t have to carry them.
