Dating back over 400 years, the turrets of Schloss Lebenberg look like something straight from a storybook – ‘schloss’ even means ‘castle’ in German. The new wing adds a completely modern spin, with its sleek glass and metal design. And inside, you’ve got the best of both, from the traditional rooms to the chic restaurant and spa.
You can expect to eat like royalty here. Start the day with a buffet spread packed with oven-fresh croissants, cereals and fresh fruit – you can even get your eggs prepared just the way you like them at the live cooking station. In the evening, you’ll get four courses of local favourites like rich stews, dumplings and fruit-filled pastries.
Getting to the slopes couldn’t be easier – just hop on the regular hotel shuttle and off you go. And when you get back, head to the spa to wind down in the saunas and steam room, then take a dip in the rooftop pool and gaze out over the town and mountains through the panoramic windows. Later on, take a seat in the Lebenberg Bar and listen to the regular live music.
