Dating back to the 15th century, the Mitteregger is the oldest hotel in Kaprun and still retains some original features, such as the vaulted ceilings in the cellar bar. Centrally located, it has a good reputation for food and spacious family rooms and a range of extras for children are on offer.

Located in Salzburg, Kaprun is perhaps best known for being the home of the magnificent Kitzsteinhorn glacier and was the first Austrian resort to partake in glacier skiing way back in the 60’s.
