Each day starts with a big breakfast spread so you can have something different each day, from scrambled eggs to stacks of fresh pancakes. And in the evening, you can fill up on your favourites or try different local specialities, along with unlimited beer, house wine and soft drinks.

When it comes to extras, there’s plenty of bang for your buck here. The kids' playroom is bound to be a hit with its slide, trampoline, climbing wall and ball pit. And the hotel-run childcare’s excellent too, with English-speaking staff who have plenty of crafts, games and songs up their sleeves – they’ll even drop them off at ski school and pick them up again after.
