Located at 1,550 metres in one of Val di Fassa's most tranquil villages, the Hotel Dolomites Inn in Penia offers a tranquil base to explore the world famous Dolomites Superski area.

Expansive skiing opportunities

You won't be short of pistes here. The Dolomites Superski area offers 1,200kms of skiing against the extraordinary backdrop of UNESCO Heritage Site Dolomite mountains.

The Marmolada Glacier means snow-sure pistes and the charming villages surrounding the popular Sellaronda circuit are the perfect place to stop off for an aperitif or a warming hot chocolate.

Traditional Tyrolean hotel

You will find classic Italian charm throughout the hotel, from the cosy bar to the stube with its traditional wood-burning stove. Dinner is a three course meal with choice of main course and breakfast is a buffet with hot options.

Simple slope access

Access to the slopes is simple from Hotel Dolomites Inn, the Ciampac gondola takes skiers to explore the stunning runs on the Colac mountain while the adjacent Col di Rossi cable car transports you right on to the Sellaronda circuit.

The lifts are located 1km from the hotel and the local ski bus stops outside the hotel regularly which you can hop on for a small local charge.

The other Val Di Fassa resorts are within easy reach too. Charming Alba is just1km away and lively Canazei is 3km away so you can experience the great nightlife Val di Fassa has to offer by hopping on a bus or in a taxi.

This is the ideal place to ski the famously beautiful Sella Ronda circuit, which is skiable in a day. Some of the descents are quite difficult, so the circuit is probably best avoided by beginners, but experienced skiers will have an absolute whale of a time.
