The Hotel Cristallo is without doubt one of the best hotels in the Austrian Alps for family ski holidays. It ranks high on convenience with a ski-in ski-out location opposite the ski school and a spacious, high end feel throughout.
The kids will have so much to look forward to. There's a huge range of supervised activities like the supervised children's club and the ‘Jungle World' indoor kids' pool with its slide and baby pool, or the ball pool and soft play area.
The grown ups aren't left out either. There's a large lobby with open fire for a warm welcome, a cosy library for those moments of peace and the stylish, open plan lounge and bar is perfect for the laughs you'll be having. Don't miss the sun terrace overlooking the slopes, and the delightful outdoor après-ski bar.
The spa has an exceptional amount of features including an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool. There's an adults-only 'Aquapura' spa with two saunas, a steam room, an outdoor hot tub, ice pool and relaxation rooms.
But that's not it - there are six treatment rooms with a full range of beauty and massage treatments on offer, plus four specialist treatment rooms that offer up hay bath, soft pack and double treatments. Then there's the spa lounge and the panoramic fitness room. It's all stunning.
Your three to 12-year-olds olds will love the free 'Falkyland' hotel-run kids' club that runs Sunday to Friday from 10am until 8pm. Lunch at the restaurant is included during childcare hours too, meaning it really is very convenient. A 'Jungle World' themed indoor pool with slide, baby pool and showers is open from 7am until 8pm every day too.
There's even a little family friend spa, called the 'Undersea World'. It features a sauna, steam room and showers for families. Let's not forget the well-equipped playroom complete with ball pool, soft play and arts and crafts materials!
The list goes on - babysitting for under 3s can be arranged directly with the hotel and costs around €15 per hour (please contact us to secure a babysitter). There are supervised activities for the kids, a games room with pool table, pinball and computer games, an early buffet tea for children each evening at 6pm, free cots & linens and free use of things like baby baths, back-carriers, nappy changing mats and bottle warmers. They really do go the whole nine yards to make families happy and comfortable.
