The Belvedere sits at the entrance to Sestrière in a peaceful spot overlooking the valley leading up to the resort. The mountain views are pretty awe-inspiring, particularly as the sun sets and turns the snowy peaks into a deep orange.
When it comes to relaxing in the hotel, you've lots of options. There's the cosy lobby lounge or you can head to the TV room with satellite TV to catch up on your shows. Head to the spa area to check out the sauna, steam room and hot tub when your muscles start aching, or make use of the fitness room if you want to keep up with your regular exercise regime.
Located less than a kilometre from the main ski lifts and 700 metres from the resort centre, the Hotel Belvedere is a traditional sort of place offering up the best in mountain accommodation with a friendly, relaxed vibe.
It has its very own shuttle bus service, plus the free ski bus stops right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. It runs half hourly between 8.30am and 11.30am, and 12.30pm to 4.30pm. And on top of all that, there's free slopeside ski storage for all guests as well.

When you make it back to the hotel in the evening, you'll have a four-course dinner that includes a choice of first and main course right alongside buffets for the salad and dessert courses. The Christmas and New Year meals are also included.
All the rooms here reflect the traditional style of the rest of the hotel, so it's very quaint and cosy. The rooms are best for couples and small groups of up to four people.
There are twin and four-bedded rooms with satellite TV, a mini-safe, a minibar and a bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort while you're lounging around.
