With a central location in Sauze d'Oulx, the Avalanche has a fantastic position close to the Clotes chairlift and resort centre - plus you can virtually ski back to the hotel at the end of the day via the nearby nursery slopes.

If you're having a no-ski day, or just need to wind down after an active morning, the spa is the place to be. Check out the spa in their sister hotel, Hotel La Torre which has all the classic spa facilities, including a sauna, steam room and a hot tub (payable locally). You'll come back feeling energised and ready for your next day on the slopes!

Wine and dine

Breakfast is taken at the hotel while dinner, a three course meal will be served at the nearby La Grangia restaurant. La Grangia has a really homely atmosphere and serves delicious Italian food; ideal after an active day on the slopes. It also has one of the biggest wine collections in the Alps!
