Bermouche: Beautiful chalet "Les Penguins", 2 storeys, built in 2020. 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Shop 700 m, bakery 500 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Tennis 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 800 m. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge).

"Les penguins", 4-room chalet 116 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower. Heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Top floor: open gallery with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, east facing position. Terrace, east facing position, 2 terraces, west facing position, small garden. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars), garage, height 215 cm, width 270 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.
