Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 2 km, children's ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 2 km, Zillertal Arena 11 km, Fügen Spieljoch 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer Badesee 25 km, Achensee 35 km, Reintalersee 37 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Ski bus (free of charge).
