House Equipment: central heating system, storage room for skis, sauna (private use), washing machine (shared use, extra), tumble dryer (shared use, extra). Access & Parking: parking by the house, private parking, communal parking. All-season motor access to the house. Steep street, in winter snow chains necessary. Car recommended, footpath, stepped path. Situation: above Sölden, secluded, elevated, sunny position in the countryside, on a slope, at the edge of the forest. View from the apartment of the mountains, the valley, the forest and the ski-run. Surroundings of the house: children's playground (shared use). Solden is a popular ski destination sitting at 1377m in the beautiful Ötztal valley. Innsbruck airport is only an hour away and Ötztal train station only 40 minutes away (which provides bus services to take you to the resort).
