The hotel is situated in a quiet location on the sunny side of the valley, surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery between Lake Zell and the Kaprun glacier. Zell am See is just 4 km from the hotel and it is 2 km from the Vellmar Park. The Areitbahn mountain railway is 800 metres from the hotel. This rustic, family-friendly, air-conditioned, hotel was formerly a farm and has a cosy atmosphere and hospitality typical of the Salzburg region. It offers lovely and convenient facilities and friendly staff, in addition to a lobby, a bar and a restaurant. A small children's playground lies directly in front of the house. A car park is available for the hotel's guests. The comfortable rooms are furnished with a double bed and equipped with a shower, satellite/cable TV and safe. All rooms have central heating. The hotel offers its guests the use of its outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and spa treatments. Golf and biking are both also available. The hotel offers an à la carte lunch menu.
