Beautiful chalet "Demi-Lune", 2 storeys, built in 2010. In the hamlet Sornard. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (11 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bakery 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 2.5 km.

"Demi-Lune", 5-room chalet 150 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: playroom with cable TV. Luggage room. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 bed (70 cm, length 170 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.
