In the district of Domaine de la Résidence 1.8 km from the centre of Villars, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the skiing area, located by a road, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 900 m, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Villars" 2.7 km, thermal baths 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 1.8 km, sports centre 1.8 km, mountain railway 1.8 km, ski lift 1.8 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 1 km, ski school 1.8 km, children's ski school 1.8 km, ice field 1.8 km, children's playground 1.7 km. Please note: car recommended. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.

"Cristel 2", 3-room apartment 56 m2, on the ground floor, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2015, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 children's room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto)). Bath/WC. Garden 50 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
